About Lucky Buddha
The Laughing Buddha is the image of a Chinese Zen monk who lived over 1,000 years ago. He was benevolent and generous to everyone, having made it his mission to spread happiness and joy wherever he went. The cheerful monk travelled across China’s villages and hamlets providing rice and other food for the needy.
He is almost always shown smiling or laughing, hence his nickname in Chinese, the “Laughing Buddha”. Today, it’s all about that Lucky Buddha experience, from the distinctive bottle and carved glass to that gleeful Buddha grin.
This award-winning vegan-friendly beer combines a fusion of the finest-quality malt, hops, rice flakes and pristine water, and is one to be sipped and savoured. Lucky Buddha’s iconic bottled beer is brewed and bottled on Qiandao Lake in China, while the draught version is made to the same refreshing recipe in the UK.
Wishing our drinkers an enlightened life full of good fortune, happiness, longevity and prosperity, these great symbols are embodied on each and every bottle of the unmistakeable Lucky Buddha.
In a world that’s full of change, it’s good to know that Lucky Buddha Beer offers something consistently good natured.
